Cagney Tennis Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated tennis coach to join our team across five venues in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region. Enjoy a vibrant coastal lifestyle, a supportive work environment, and the chance to build a long-term career in coaching.
👟 About the Role:
Full-time, permanent position with minimal admin work
Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring work-life balance
Lead and deliver high-quality coaching programs, including Hot Shots, group and private lessons, development squads, school programs, and cardio tennis
Facilitate school clinics, holiday programs, and community engagement activities
Help develop and expand our growing academy programs

🔑 Essential Requirements:
Tennis Australia, ATPCA, or AATC coach membership (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check & National Police Check
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Australian driver’s licence and registered vehicle
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and initiative

Cagney Tennis Academy is on the hunt for energetic, passionate tennis enthusiasts to join our coaching team across Lake Macquarie/Newcastle.
👟 Whether you’re experienced or a strong player looking to step into coaching, we’ve got a spot for you!
🕒 Shifts:
Weekdays after school (3:15/3:30 PM)
2.5–4 hours per shift
Up to 10 hours a week, with room to grow!
