What Is Strength & Conditioning?

Strength and conditioning develops the physical qualities that support performance, health and long-term athletic development. Training is tailored to the individual and may include:

  • Strength and control through full ranges of motion
  • Speed, agility, and coordination
  • Power and explosiveness with sound technique
  • Change of direction, balance and landing mechanics
  • Conditioning suited to age, sport and goals

All sessions are age appropriate, progressive and focused on movement quality and safe long-term development.

Who Is It For?

Competitive Athletes

For athletes competing at higher levels who want to sharpen their physical performance — speed, strength, power, injury resilience and the ability to perform under fatigue. Open to tennis players in squad programs as well as athletes from other sports.

Developing Athletes

You don’t need to be competing at an elite level to benefit. This service supports young people who want to move better, build coordination and physical confidence, develop strength safely as they grow, or work toward reaching higher performance levels.

Adults and General Fitness

Private and semi-private sessions are available for adults wanting to build strength and fitness, return to exercise after a break, manage a history of injuries with professional guidance, or simply feel more confident in how they move.

Individualised Coaching Approach

All participants begin with an initial onboarding session to assess movement and physical competency.

This ensures training is tailored to the individual, appropriate for their current ability, and designed to support confident progression over time — rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

How It Works

Every participant starts with an initial onboarding session to assess movement and physical ability. From there, training is designed around the individual — their current fitness level, their sport, their goals. No cookie-cutter programs.

Tennis-Specific S&C

For tennis players, strength and conditioning is applied directly to the physical demands of the sport.
Tennis-specific S&C is designed to complement on-court coaching and support long-term performance and durability.
