- 2005–2012: United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
- 2013–2015: Austria
- 2016–2018: Cayman Islands

During this time, he worked with several Top 50 players, members of the Saudi Royal Family, and athletes training at elite tennis centres, including the Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy in Dubai.
Tisch is known for his strong technical knowledge, calm communication and ability to help players improve quickly. His background allows him to offer a level of coaching rarely available in regional areas such as Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
Tisch is excited to join the local tennis community and share his global experience with players of all ages. He enjoys working with anyone looking for a tennis coach near me, joining social tennis, starting cardio tennis, or training at a friendly tennis centre near me.
His goal is simple: help every player become the best version of themselves on the court. With his passion for tennis still as strong as ever, Tisch looks forward to coaching across Eleebana, Fletcher, Lakelands, Valentine and the wider Newcastle region.
