Liam Jackson – Senior Tennis Coach at Cagney Tennis Academy
Liam Jackson is a motivated and enthusiastic senior tennis coach at Cagney Tennis Academy, bringing a strong focus on skill development, positive communication, and player confidence. His calm, supportive style makes him a great choice for families searching for a tennis coach near me or a friendly place to learn tennis across Newcastle.
Liam believes that every player should feel encouraged and capable on the court. He structures his coaching sessions to be clear, enjoyable, and goal-driven. Whether he’s teaching a beginner how to rally or helping an experienced junior refine technique, Liam ensures every student understands what they’re working on and why.
Liam works extensively in our Hot Shots programs — Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow Ball — helping young players build strong foundations and develop a true love for the sport. His patient and engaging approach keeps kids active, confident, and excited to return each week.
Beyond junior coaching, Liam also enjoys mentoring adults returning to the game or picking up a racquet for the first time. He assists with social tennis, cardio tennis, and group development sessions, offering a welcoming experience for players of all ages.
Liam coaches throughout our centres in Eleebana, Fletcher, Lakelands, Valentine, and greater Newcastle, contributing to a consistent and supportive coaching culture across the academy.
Eager to keep improving, Liam regularly collaborates with senior coaches and participates in ongoing training. His drive to learn ensures his students benefit from fresh ideas, modern coaching methods, and a motivating on-court presence.
Liam is a valued member of the Cagney Tennis Academy team, and he looks forward to helping more players discover the enjoyment, fitness, and community that tennis brings.
